Completely unrelated to the Old Rowhouse: one year ago

Exactly one year ago, almost at this very time of day (5-6 pm London time), we were walking around Borough Market and standing in front of Southwark Cathedral in South London, having enjoyed our extra few days in London thanks to Eyajaaffoull….Eyajafaoulooor…Ejyakafallo…um…that volcano in Iceland that wouldn’t stop erupting.

I can’t believe it’s been a year since we went on our grand European vacation. And in the 365 days since, I’ve started a different job at work, we’ve bought a house, worked countless hours on it, moved into a new neighborhood and helped start a new church.

For now, I’m just going to prop my feet up on my desk for a minute, close my eyes, and think of my favorite few moments from that 2 week+ trip with my lovely bride that we had been looking forward to for so many years.
